1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website iamthetouch.com and the services offered by I.AM — The Touch of Presence (hereinafter "I.AM"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

I.AM offers events, retreats, workshops, and sessions in the field of holistic wellness, yoga, tantra, mindfulness, and personal growth. Specific details of each event are indicated on the respective pages of the website.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon completion of payment via Stripe.
  • Prices listed on the site are in Euros and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
  • You will receive a confirmation email after each successful booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation up to 30 days before the event: full refund.
  • Cancellation from 30 to 14 days before: 50% refund or credit for a future event.
  • Cancellation within the last 14 days: no refund, possible transfer of booking to another person.
  • In case of event cancellation by I.AM, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

5. Participation and Liability

By participating in I.AM events, the participant:

  • Declares to be in good physical and psychological health, or to have consulted a doctor before participating.
  • Takes full responsibility for their own participation.
  • Commits to respecting the guidelines and instructions of the facilitator.
  • Consents to the possibility of being photographed or filmed during the event, unless otherwise communicated in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on iamthetouch.com (texts, images, videos, logos, methodologies) is the exclusive property of I.AM and is protected by copyright laws. Reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

I.AM is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services. Participation in events occurs at the participant's own risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court is that of Milan, Italy.
